Inactive Players of Week 2 vs. Chargers

Darin Gantt

CHARLOTTE – The Panthers entered the weekend with five players listed as questionable on the injury report, but all five are fit and active for tonight's game against the Chargers.

Tight end Tommy Tremble is active after missing last week's game against the Saints due to hamstring and back problems.

The Panthers also promoted tight end Feleipe Franks from the practice squad on Saturday, and he is expected to provide more depth on the special teams.

Not active for the Panthers are cornerbacks Chau Smith-Wade and Shemar Bartholomew, running back Mike Boone, offensive linemen Andrew Raym and Jarrett Kingston and tight end Messiah Swinson.

Running back returner Raheem Blackshear is back in action after missing Thursday and Friday for personal reasons. He was listed as questionable, as were punter Johnny Hekker and offensive linemen Taylor Moton and Damien Lewis, but all are in action today.
